“The folks did a very personalized and a perfect job, very cautious not to damage house or paint at the source and destination.”

Samiran G.Google review

“The crew were rockstars, diligently wrapping all the furniture items, disassembling where needed, and handling all of the stairs like pros. At the new place, we had a steep driveway and lots of stairs up to the front door. No problem, they got it all moved in no time.”

Reid P.Google review

“Best movers I’ve ever used. They were especially careful not to damage the walls in narrow hallways and stairways. They covered the main walkways… and left my home clean.”

Residential Moving for Bellevue Homes

Moving a house takes more than moving an apartment: garages, basements, patio furniture, bigger pieces, and more rooms to plan. Our Bellevue residential movers handle homes of every size, from mid-century ramblers in Lake Hills to large family homes in Somerset and Bridle Trails, with up to six movers and two trucks when the job calls for it.

“I chose this company because it was the only one that offered two trucks for my 4-bedroom house, and we absolutely needed them both.”

Moving the Kinds of Homes Bellevue Is Known For

Mid-century homes in Lake Hills and Crossroads

Older floor plans mean narrower hallways and doorways. We pad corners and door frames and plan how each large piece turns before it moves.

Hillside homes in Somerset and Cougar Mountain

Steep driveways and long stairs to the front door are common here. We plan where the truck parks and bring the extra hands a sloped lot needs.

Large lots in Bridle Trails and West Bellevue

Long carries and big furniture add time. A second truck and a larger crew keep a big-house move to a single day.

Newer homes across the Eastside

Fresh paint and new floors deserve care. Floor and door frame protection go down before the first piece of furniture comes in.

The Right Crew for Your Home

  • 2-bedroom and small homes: 3 movers + truck
  • 3-bedroom homes: 4 movers + truck
  • 3- to 4-bedroom homes: 4 movers + 2 trucks
  • 4- to 5-bedroom homes: 5 movers + 2 trucks
  • 5+ bedrooms: 6 movers + 2 trucks

Every residential move includes the truck and fuel, moving blankets and shrink wrap, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and floor and door frame protection.

Getting Your House Ready to Move

  1. Three to four weeks out

Book your crew, then go room by room and decide what isn’t coming. Fewer things means fewer hours.

  2. One to two weeks out

Pack rooms you don’t use daily, and sort the garage and basement, which always take longer than expected.

  3. Two days out

Empty and defrost the freezer, set aside what’s traveling with you, and pack the kitchen except for the basics.

  4. Moving day

Walk the house with your crew lead, point out anything fragile or staying behind, and let the crew take it from there.

Residential Moving Questions

How long does it take to move a 3-bedroom house?

A 3-bedroom move usually takes most of a day, depending on stairs, distance, and how much is packed ahead of time. We’ll give you a realistic window with your estimate.

Do you take apart beds and furniture?

Yes. Disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, and other furniture is part of every move.

Is there anything you can’t move from the garage?

Movers can’t transport hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane tanks, paint thinner, or pool chemicals. Plan to give those away or dispose of them before moving day.

Can you pack the house for us?

Yes. See our Bellevue packing services for full and partial packing.
