Packing Service Questions
How long does packing take?
It depends on the size of the home and how full it is. As real examples, a 1,400 sq ft townhome took three packers about four hours, and a 4,000 sq ft house took two days.
Do I need to be home while you pack?
Someone should be there at the start for the walkthrough and at the end to check that everything is done. You don’t need to watch in between.
Can you pack just the kitchen?
Yes. Kitchens are the most common partial-packing request because they take the longest and hold the most breakables.
What should I keep out of the boxes?
Keep cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, and firearms with you. Hazardous materials like propane, gasoline, and cleaning chemicals can’t go on the truck.
