Inventory and estimate
Start with a quick video walkthrough of your home. For larger moves, an estimator can also visit closer to your date so nothing is missed.

Packing days
For a full house, our packers usually come a day or two before loading. One Sammamish family’s 4,000 sq ft home was packed in two days.

Loading day
Furniture is wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap, disassembled where needed, and loaded so it rides securely over a long drive.

Delivery and setup
At your new home, we unload, reassemble beds and furniture, and put each piece where you want it.

Late spring through early fall is the busiest season for long distance moves. Booking four to eight weeks out gives you the best choice of dates.
Move only what you’ll use
On a long move, every piece takes space on the truck. Sell or donate what you won’t miss before the estimate so the quote reflects what’s really going.
Keep essentials with you
Pack a bag with documents, medications, chargers, and a few days of clothes. Everything else can ride on the truck.
Use storage if the dates don’t match
If your new home isn’t ready when you leave Bellevue, we can store your things and deliver when you’re ready.
